About Zoe
I qualified with an Honours Degree in Physiotherapy in 2017 and began my career in private practice, working in both Ireland and the UK. From the start, I was drawn to the complexity of the human body—how everything is connected, how movement can heal, and how no two people present in quite the same way. That curiosity has never left me.
Over the years, I’ve pursued further training to deepen my understanding of the body and how it functions. I completed a Level 4 Strength and Conditioning course in 2019 and became a certified Pilates instructor in 2021. I’ve also trained in dry needling and regularly engage with current research and ongoing education to stay informed and inspired.
Most recently, I’ve expanded my practice into women’s health—a field I’m passionate about and continuing to grow in. I support clients through various life stages, including pregnancy, postnatal recovery, and perimenopause. My work includes pelvic floor dysfunction, incontinence, prolapse, endometriosis, and musculoskeletal symptoms linked to hormonal change.
I take a whole-person approach to physiotherapy, recognising that pain and dysfunction rarely exist in isolation. Physical symptoms are often shaped by emotional, environmental, and lifestyle factors. By looking beyond the painful body part, I aim to understand each person’s unique story and tailor treatment accordingly—combining hands-on therapy, movement, and education with support for the broader aspects of health.
Outside the clinic, movement remains my medicine. Climbing, yoga, weightlifting, and running help me stay grounded, curious, and connected to my own body.
Whether you're navigating a new challenge or returning to movement after a setback, you're welcome here.
